Diet and Brain Power

Studies from various parts of the globe suggest diet in teenagers affects mental ability. Students who eat a diet rich in vegetables and low in saturated fats do better. Having breakfast is important too. One study of diets of 14 year olds in Western Australia diets predicted performance of the students at 17 years. These studies aren't a surprise, but I guess for all of us pushing "good eating habits" it's a relief that the science seems to be supporting it.
