#7 Stages of Grieving & The Longest Memory - VIRTUAL

Complete Works Theatre Company

#7

It helped to very clearly define both the similarities and differences between the two books, making it easier for us to analyse and compare the two texts. The Q&A also helped to further enhance our understanding of the themes.
Student, Mentone Grammar

Both texts present multiple perspectives of grief, misunderstanding and injustice and explore how the trauma of loss, pain and death effect individuals and communities. In addition to other key ideas we compare and contrast how strength and resilience in the face of oppression can lead to a more liberating and inclusive future.

In a commitment to the ongoing development of a uniquely modern Australian voice, Complete Works is pleased to enable a platform for Indigenous stories to be told and performed by Indigenous actors.

In response to the Government recommendation for ongoing social distancing in classrooms, Complete Works' The Crucible & The Dressmaker production will now be delivered via a new digital platform.
