This fully interactive incursion is vital, engaging and never forgotten. We teach the language of the Colour Zones of Regulation to help identify Emotions and the beginnings of developing self regulation.

The incursion is engaging and fun and includes elements of dance, music, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and drama to help the children understand what fills and depletes their energy cup. The children will be taught the zones of regulation language and how to begin identifying their emotions and unlocking the key to working out how to get back to their thinking zone as quickly as possible. This incursion is tailored to age groups from pre-school to adults.
