Victorian Opera makes opera and musical theatre accessible to schools. For secondary students, there are the online workshops #Beyond the Stage (image below) and for both Primary and Secondary students, a fully staged children's opera - Parrwang Lifts The Sky (image above), written by Yorta Yorta composer and opera singer Deborah Cheetham Fraillon, AO, telling an indigenous story about the first dawn. Metro schools can watch it live, while Regional schools can watch it online. There are also 4 free online workshops for attendees. Note - Parrwang is free for Government Secondary students!
