Book Week!!!

Loved by teachers and students, and though often a challenge for parents (helping with costumes and props), how wonderful is it that reading books is a huge focus? Thanks to all for the trouble you take.

Reading, imagination, writing stories, illustrating, dramatising books, having shows come to the school, enjoy this fun week.

If you meant to book a show, it's probably too late to get a live performance, but don't forget online shows are also an option. Here are our online book week offerings:

Naidoc Week in 2026

The next cultural day to celebrate nationally is NAIDOC week. This year on 5-12 July, when all Australian schools are on holiday. The likely time schools could celebrate is the first week of July, when some states are still at school.
