Sharing stories, of overcoming life challenges, weaved with a little magic, music and story reading in an engaging and fun way to help children develop the skills they will need to build resilience and overcome adversity while improving their mental health and well-being.
Published Children's author Donna-Leigh Perfect of her two books Puppy Rescue and Tiger in her series The Adventures of Jessie and Rocky Rockstar.
Adorable stories about her daughter Jessie and rescue dog Rocky Rockstar and the life lessons Rocky Rockstar teaches Jessie about kindness and compassion.
As part of the show Donna-Leigh will read her book Puppy Rescue and will gift a signed copy of both Puppy Rescue and Tiger to every school that books her Resilient Rockstar show.

Resilient Rockstar Teacher & Parent Program (Prep–3)
Young learners thrive on clear, simple tools they can practice every day. The Prep–3 Resilient Rockstar Program takes the excitement of the live stage show and translates it into short, playful activities that reinforce the P.E.A.C.E. tools (Positive self-talk, Empathy, Actions for health, Connection, Everyday gratitude) and holistic wellbeing messages at school and at home.
Teachers receive easy-to-follow classroom activities, circle-time prompts, gratitude games and movement breaks. Parents get bite-size home routines and conversation starters that mirror what’s happening at school—helping kids hear the same language in both environments.
