Today is the anniversary of the UN adopting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. This asserts every person is equal and entitled to freedom and the protection of law.
There's no better event on SFS that shows the importance of this in action than Treehouse Theatre's Young Refugee, on in November. Your students will be positively impacted by this life-affirming, exciting, scary insight into the experiences of teenage refugees telling their own stories.
