Special Consideration Requests Increasing

The number of students applying for special consideration for exams is increasing, particularly for anxiety and depression which comes under the banner of "Severe Health Impairment". More private than state schools apply on behalf of their students, possibly reflecting the fact they have teachers to do testing and have administrative support enabling them to make the applications.
