Didgeridoo, Beats and Culture (VIC)

Cultural Infusion

Didgeridoo,
Didgeridoo, Beats and Culture is the perfect introduction to the world’s oldest living culture. The presenter is a descendant of the Palawa people of Tasmania, who has presented his unique sound around the world. He is a didgeridoo innovator, who fuses this ancient instrument with electronic production and vocals.

In this highly engaging program, students will have the opportunity to experience various aspects of Aboriginal culture first-hand, including bush tucker, hunting tools, musical instruments, and crafts brought together through storytelling. Students will also be able to take a closer look and feel of Aboriginal tools and artefacts, play clap sticks and dance to live didgeridoo beats.
