This is an interactive experience featuring a selection of favourites chosen by the musicians of the Sydney Symphony. What makes this concert so special is that the musicians also talk about their instruments, covering everything from why they love it to notes about tone colour, range and texture.
From Dvořák’s vibrant Slavonic Dances to the flowing melody of Strauss’ Blue Danube, we’ll play the music that made our musicians fall in love with their instrument back in the day and sparked their aspirations to become professional orchestral musicians.
